Thanks - want you to know y'all are doing a great job. Very positive environment - plus challenging but not intimidating. Keep it up. Christy S.
Went to my cardiologist this morning. He has reduced one of my medications in half and discontinued the other medications all because of you two. Thank you so very much. Greg M.
I told Shellie last week that I had made my original goal. It was to lose enough weight to get back into my size 2-4 suits It took 20 pounds over 6 months, but I did it. But, after getting my annual blood work done today, I realized an even larger achievement that I did not even think was possible. Prior to 12/08 my HDL was 35 and my LDL was 135. Okay for a fifty year old without coronary heart disease, but not great. Today my HDL was 78!!! I always tell patients that the only way to raise the HDL is with exercise, but not to expect large increases, because this cholesterol component is primarily genetically determined. Well, I was wrong in my case. Thank you both so much for giving me the opportunity and encouragement to get healthy. Lee G.
Thank you so much. You and Frances both have been amazing. Life changing for me really. I'm not worried about the referral discount Shellie. It makes me happy to see other people happy about themselves and their changes you all bring about in their life and health. Its really an amazing thing. I'm a nurse and it really is a great thing you do. Amy N.
I would just like to say that Boot camp was great! Never would I have ever thought that I could do what I did in Boot Camp. There is nothing that I can criticize about Boot Camp and would refer anyone. It works and both of you are such great trainers and just very nice people! Now I just need to get back into working out again, it just made me feel so much better.
I am thankful for you. You have such a blessing to me this year. So many things about me have changed...good things. I feel good about me, I look better than I did this time last year, I am healthy, I am confident and I AM STRONG! I look in the mirror and I see my cheeks...they were so much "fuller" last year. Now, I don't have that "fullness". I look forward to setting a new set of goals. Stronger and tighter abs are now on my list! So again, thank you Frances. Though, this year has been full of stress you have been my escape. Your program has kept me sane and my blood pressure down! I love you and can't wait to get back to class Monday. Blessings to you and your family! April L.

I saw an amazing transformation in a client at my work. She told us about Frances and her program. Just seeing the change in her body was enough for me (thank you Sherry!). I am a believer in the saying..."when you set your mind to it, you will succeed". I am determined to turn 40 fit! I figured that it would take me at least two years to reach my goal. I started my first boot camp in June of 2007. I am approaching my 1 year boot camp anniversary, along with my 39th birthday. I am ahead of my "scheduled" goal date! I KNOW that I will achieve what I set out to do by the big 40 !!! I have never felt as physically and emotionally good as I do today and I credit the knowledge, positive energy and motivation that Frances shares with every boot camp class and her "thought for the day" emails! Thank you Frances...you are truly a blessing! And I couldn't do it without you and all the other devoted boot campers!! Joey B.
I have completed two boot camps and am currently working on the third. I am sending you my measurements for both camps as an FYI, not as the biggest loser, but rather, I wanted to let you know my progress, as I couldn't be more pleased. I signed up for the Boot Camp in March to boost my self confidence, but what I have gotten out of this is so much more. The weight and inches lost are a bonus to how much stronger and empowered I feel. It sure makes confronting life easier and I can look in the mirror and feel like I have accomplished something significant. My enthusiasm has rubbed off on my 10-year old daughter who has joined me for the current session and is loving it. I am looking forward to more results by the end of July. Thank you for the ongoing encouragement! Jean S.
I appreciate your positive response and encouragement; believe me, it really makes a difference. Your boot camp is life-changing; not only physically but mentally as well. Thanks for all you do. Tommy M.
I just want to say you are really heaven sent…I know the workouts are a challenge for me but I see and feel progress each week. I'm so thankful that I signed up and I look forward to you coaching me to my dream of fitness. I just wanted to say this because you have been on my mind and that I needed to say a "special" thanks!! I appreciate your wisdom and faith in fitness and that your way of exercising is very uplifting…Just keep being the beautiful person you are inside and out! Bless ya' . Patti F.
I just wanted to pass along some news regarding my latest lab work that I had done for my PCP visit next week. I’ve been taking Lipitor for my cholesterol probably for almost 2 years now…20 mg…but it also runs in my family regarding diabetes, high blood pressure…the works. Lucky me! J Anyways check out my numbers before I started bootcamp and the results since:
6/12/09 12/2/09
Chol – 175 138
Trig – 140 77
HDL Chol– 40 41
HDLC ratio– 4.4 3.4
LDL Chol – 107 82
I want to thank you both for such a great experience that I’m having…as well as Maria. We both love the classes and good luck if I’m even wearing a shirt at all by next summer! Thank you again and continue to look forward to all the benefits of coming to class. Robert R.

When I joined BBF Boot Camp 10 months ago, I joined because a friend of mine that I hadn't seen in four weeks looked great, so good that I had to ask her her ''what are you taking?'', I thought she was taking a new diet pill. When she told me she had joined a boot camp, and suggested I try it, I was a little skeptical. I thought there is no way I can do that I was so out of shape (I just knew it would kill me). Then I realized she was almost 20 years older than me and if she can do it so can I. And so I did, and I am loving every minute of it. I'm not going to lie to you, it was tough (and still is at times) but on the first day I knew I was hooked. It made me feel alive, I had forgotten how good it felt to exercise and sweat, yes I said sweat. I felt so good that I wanted everyone around me to feel this way too, you know how it is you find a new product or something that works and you want to share it with everyone. I work in a barber shop and if anyone asks me what I am doing to loose the weight the haircut takes twice as long, its really hard to shut me up about it. I asked my 19 year old son if he wanted to do the boot camp with me. He did and has gone back for more and he just started his fourth session of boot camp, he is not always easy to get out of bed but it is getting easier since he is seeing the changes in his body, he has lost 41 lbs and more than 29 inches. I haven't done so bad myself. I have just started by 7th boot camp and I am down about 25 lbs and about 25 inches. I am now an annual member and self proclaimed lifer. I can't imagine not doing this, and hate when I have to miss, I will warn you.....it is addicting. I couldn't ask for a better drill sergeant. Sure she's tough but she cares, I mean really cares not just fakes her way through the classes. I would think that after almost a year if she has an ugly side it would be showing...She has only been a positive influence in my life. And even if I was back to my old weight as long as I felt this good about myself and this energetic with Frances in my life as my trainer I could handle it. Linda K.
I want to take a minute to thank you for helping me get my butt in shape. We just completed week five of the six week boot camp. For me it’s the end of week three, and I feel better than I have in a long time. I owe that largely to you and your staff. I really didn’t know what to expect when my wife gave me this opportunity as a gift for my birthday. I never thought I would appreciate having my behind handed to me three days a week, but I really have had fun. It’s a little embarrassing that I die out near the end of the work outs, but I am giving it all I have. I’m completely spent by the time we get to the abdominal portion of the work outs. But it really feels good to be getting back in shape. I have a very good motivation to keep going and you have helped me immensely... You have really inspired me to work harder, and for that I thank you. I’ve already lost twenty-one pounds and need to lose about forty more. That will help my ankles and knees to stop screaming when I run. I just really needed to tell you what a great job you doing. One of your biggest fans, Kevin W.
